Yes, but not to my satisfaction. I'll give it one more try below.

Math transcends all

The level of math knowledge however, is different in each phase of history.

Math was used for practical reasons, mostly. Evidence like the Rhind papyrus give a good indication about the level the AE reached. Unfortunately for you and your thesis, it doesn't seem like they had any knwoledge of abstract numbers such as Pi and Phi. What I indicate as ethnocentric projection is that you credit the AE with an understanding of maths that according to our evidence, they never reached. Moreover, you do this while ignoring every cultural and historical aspect of AE culture, as if mathematics and the AE are positioned in a historical vacuum.

Most of you by talking about

Trying to understand the cultural standard of the AE is not ethnocentric projection. You seem to have a tough time understanding definitions such as this and for instance "fact" and "belief". I suggest some extra reading before getting involved in discussions such as this one.

I am saying the AEs understood
> mathematics to a better degree than the orthodox

Yep, and you do so without any evidence, or historical/cultural background. Basically, you're saying the AE had this knowledge because you "believe" they had it. Once again, what you believe is irrelevant.

My theory,

This is where we disagree. Your theory merely demonstrates your ability to draw circles and lines on a map.

I suggest you look up the purpose of the peer review process. Obviously, you missed the point.

DOn't bother to respond with more of the same. We've seen people like you over and over again on these boards; you are unwilling to actually learn something about ancient Egypt, or to improve your view of this wonderful culture. This is your choice, of course. But why should we be annoyed by it?

Best,
Gerd
