Human needs are pretty universal. We know H erectus was in Asia, makes sense Neanderthals and Denisovans were, too.

Spears, knives, swords are pretty universal, because they are practical. The shape may differ a bit, but they're going to basically be the same. I don't understand how anyone could be shocked by this. Finding in a new spot? Maybe.
