To all,

You must first realize the source... The San Fransisco Chronicle or The SFACLU or The 9th curcuit court and so on... What can I say, they always take a very "liberal" view on all matters in San Fransisco, the chronicle is perhaps the worst example of journalism in the country, they will print just about anything without fact checking, I consider it more of an opinion newspaper and never a scholarly source.

Of course this is just my opinion of their opinion. What difference would it make to discover the origin of a word? hmmm, I guess a claim to all that followed it?? Its agenda driven for attention thats all, nothing more.
