Yep it tends to add to knowledge but not the knowledge they want. I noted earlier that Bauval and kindly researched the locations of all the items found in the Great Pyramid and he was concerned about a wooden piece that had not be dated.

Why not pay for that to be done? How much would that cost him?

If it turns out to be new or after the Pyramid age, it doesn't help or hinder.

IF it turns out to be around the pyramid age its hinder and will have to be denied and explained away.

IF it turns out to be 10,000 BC or so forth it helps him but the chances of that actually happening are greatly outnumbered by the first two ----- so it doesn't get done.

Mark Heaton was complaining that he didn't know the volume of the that stone pounder - so why not pay for it to be measured - he refuse to respond.
