Although the "overall" slope of the KCN shaft is supposedly 7:11 (32.47°), according to Gantenbrink's seked scheme for the shafts, Gantenbrink also points out that the final part of the shaft, which he calls the "Mankiller" tunnel, has a uniform slope of 31.2° and which Giulio Magli says points to Thuban's culmination closer to the accepted time-frame for Khufu.

The latter slope is very close to 31.33° which corresponds to the seked 11½ palms. I have checked the Thuban alignment for this precise angle on Stellarium, and it shows Thuban crossing the meridian in 2552 BCE.
