Saint Mark was an Egyptian Jew, and there were Greek Jews.

That those mentioned in John's Gospel were Greek Jews (and not Gentiles as you have noted) is evident from the context in my opinion:
None other than Jews were allowed to partake of Passover, so these were Greek Jews who had heard about Jesus and wanted to see Jesus.

Quote from the introduction to the Moffatt translation of the Bible, 1972 impression, page xxxvi
The authors of the New Testament all wrote in Hellenistic Greek, which was understood far and wide throughout the Roman Empire.

Many have understood what what was written in the New Testament.

I don't agree with the application of alternative numerology to the literature of the New Testament.

The connections that you make don't make any sense to me, so I have to leave you to your own devices.

Plain language, not numerology
